Duckpin, what?

Duckpin bowling. It’s a thing! This was something I never heard of before living in Rhode Island. I’m pretty horrible at bowling, so I thought I would have a shot at duckpin bowling. Unfortunately, as it turns out, I am just as bad. Lucky for me though, it’s super fun.

What is duckpin bowling?
Just like bowling, the object of the game is to knock down 10 pins using a ball. The difference is that the pins, and the balls, are smaller. You get 3 wooden balls, that are a bit bigger than a softball, and 3 tries to knock the pins down. The other cool thing? The whole process is not automated. Meaning at the end of your 3 tries, there is a person at the end of the lane waiting to pick up your pins.
Hey, and if you go, don’t forget to tip your pinsetter!
