I didn’t get to spend too much time in Denver, Colorado this time around, but what I did see, I truly enjoyed. Colorado was just like a postcard: mountain views, huge sky, and a lot of green. One of the small towns I visited, Golden, has an old western movie charm with a modern feel. Their Main Street is filled with coffee shops, breweries, and boutiques highlighting local art.
What I loved the most about Colorado was the culture — there is a palpable love for nature and for exploring. Coloradans (it’s a word!) really make it a point to be outdoors, and I certainly did the same. I found that Colorado is an easy place to fall in love with. I now understand why so many people are choosing to make it their home.
